North American Trade Infrastructure Panel Event, April 3rd, Washington D.C.

This week there will be a fantastic panel discussion on the importance of our nation’s land port of entry (LPOE) facilities as critical components of our trade infrastructure.

The event, Investing in 21st Century Trade Infrastructure:  Modernizing our Borders to Expand Trade, Create American Jobs, and Promote Economic Growth, will bring together three border experts to  “discuss new ways of making critical investments into these trade-expanding assets.”

The event will be held in the U.S. Capitol Building, Room HC-8, at 9 am this Thursday.  To RSVP to the event,email ANDREW.FITZPATRICK@MAIL.HOUSE.GOV or AARON.WOOLF@MAIL.HOUSE.GOV.

The Northern Border Caucus, co-chaired by Congressmen Bill Owens (D-NY) and Kevin Cramer (R-ND), and the Congressional Border Caucus, represented at the upcoming event by Congressmen Beto O’Rourke (D-TX) and Ron Barber (D-AZ), are sponsoring the event.
